The Rihana residential complex enjoys a unique location in the midst
of the vital urban scope of the holy city of Karbala, which has become
the capital of reconstruction due to the unique urban renaissance that

The project area is more than 134 dunums, which includes approximately
(553) housing units divided into four categories:
1. Class A area of 400m²
2. Class B area of 300m²
3. Class C area of 250m²
4. Class D area of 200m²

recreational services to the residents, with the aim of securing a
comfortable and integrated life for them
